THIS IS A GOOD DAY

Here is a short reading, a set of poems 

in English and in Finnish (with subtitles in English). 

'This is a good day' is a one-minute-poem 

written a few years ago in an international workshop, 

which was led by American poet Ron Whitehead. 

The short Finnish set, 'ilmassa keskikesä' (midsummer in the air) is

from my second book, Tšernobylin kissat (The Cats of Chernobyl)

The video was shot a week ago... and it is part of the forthcoming 

Kymi Libri Literature Festival in Kouvola-Myllykoski 22.-25.7.2021.
